Justin specializes in the property and casualty industry and is a member of the P&C recruiting group within The Howard Group. He partners with independent agencies, MGAs, carriers, TPAs, wholesale brokers, and other organizations within the property and casualty industry. He fills positions in account management, underwriting, claims, and sales. Justin is the only third party recruiter to achieve the CISR professional designation.

Prior to joining our firm, Justin worked in the Logistics industry. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Business. Outside of the office, Justin enjoys playing golf and watching The Kansas City Chiefs.
